1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details (where applicable).

During product launches or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.


2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship from Sydney using trusted carriers such as:

  • Australia Post
  • Courier services

Estimated delivery times:

  • NSW, VIC, QLD: 2–6 business days
  • SA, WA, TAS, NT: 4–10 business days

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally via Australia Post International or courier partners.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
